How to use
Your everyday premium oil. Dress salads, finish roasted vegetables, pour over grilled fish, dip with bread, or use it anywhere you want flavour rather than just fat. Generous enough for daily cooking, exceptional enough for the table.
Expect fresh-cut grass, green almond and artichoke, with a peppery warmth at the finish: the sign of oil pressed the day it was picked.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light, with the cap closed. Light and warmth are what age olive oil, which is why it comes in dark green glass.
Once opened, use it within a few months. A little sediment is natural in an unfiltered oil; let the bottle rest or turn it gently before pouring.
