Products
All products listed on our website are extra virgin olive oil produced in Albania and bottled in the UK by Hydo Ltd. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual packaging may vary slightly. All products are intended for human consumption and should be stored and used in accordance with the instructions on the label.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if a product is out of stock or if there has been a pricing error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or Royal Mail.
Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery according to their own policies.

Returns & Refunds
Our full returns policy is available at hydo.co.uk/refund_returns/. In summary:
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded within 48 hours of you contacting us. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery — you are responsible for return postage. Opened food products cannot be returned for food safety reasons. Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Your Legal Rights
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect those rights. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. To cancel, email us at [email protected].
Allergens
Our products are produced in facilities that may handle other food products. While extra virgin olive oil does not contain any of the 14 major allergens, please contact us at [email protected] if you have specific allergy concerns.

All content on hydo.co.uk, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Hydo Ltd or used with permission. Murataj & Son is a registered trademark of Hydo Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
