We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Orders
If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection at our expense and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind
Because olive oil is a food product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the seal has been broken. This is for food safety reasons.
If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo (if the item is damaged)
We aim to respond within 24 hours and process all refunds within 5 working days of approval.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
